<div><p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Workday Prism Consultant (Part-Time, Remote)</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> 100% Remote<br><strong>Engagement:</strong> Part-time (20 hours per week)<br><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Workday Prism Consultant</strong> to support ongoing analytics, reporting, and data integration needs. This is a <strong>remote, part-time opportunity (20 hours/week)</strong> ideal for professionals who can provide hands-on expertise while collaborating with cross-functional HR and Finance teams.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, build, and optimize <strong>Workday Prism datasets, dashboards, and reports</strong>.</li><li>Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into Prism solutions.</li><li>Integrate Prism with <strong>Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, and external data sources</strong>.</li><li>Manage data pipelines, data transformations, and ensure data accuracy/consistency.</li><li>Provide <strong>ad hoc reporting support</strong> and deliver insights to business leaders.</li><li>Document design, configurations, and best practices for reporting and analytics.</li><li>Support ongoing enhancement requests and troubleshoot issues.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong></p><ul><li><strong>3+ years</strong> of Workday reporting and analytics experience, including <strong>2+ years in Workday Prism Analytics</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on experience building <strong>complex datasets, dashboards, and calculated fields</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Finance modules</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>data integration, ETL, and external data ingestion</strong>.</li><li>Strong SQL skills and ability to manage <strong>large datasets</strong>.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently on a <strong>remote, part-time schedule</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Workday Certification(s) in <strong>Reporting or Prism Analytics</strong>.</li><li>Prior consulting/remote project experience.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Workday Security & tenant configuration</strong> related to reporting.</li></ul></div> #J-18808-Ljbffr
