We're growing our support team and looking for thoughtful, organized professionals to become Live Chat Support Specialists. Your main job will be to help customers by responding to their questions and issues through chat, email, and various messaging apps. You'll be talking with both existing customers needing help and new prospects interested in learning about what we offer. Never done customer service before? That's totally fine. We'll provide thorough training to get you up to speed and confident on the job. What really matters to us is that you can write clearly and professionally—that's your main tool for building trust with every customer you talk to. Plus, there's real flexibility here. Work whenever you want, as long as you can give us at least 10 hours per week. What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer messages coming through live chat on our website and across social media. You'll spend time helping current customers solve issues and answering questions from people who are considering our services. Contract length: No fixed term Rate: $35 per hour. Skills/background needed: A reliable computer, smartphone, or tablet with stable internet. Ability to manage your own workload without constant direction. Willingness to follow our company procedures and standards. Availability for at least 10 hours each week. A dependable internet connection is essential. Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
