Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a UFC/Combat Sports Writer. Responsibilities include researching, writing, and editing high-quality articles about UFC and combat sports, conducting interviews, and analyzing matches and trends. Writers will contribute to comprehensive coverage by producing insightful and factual content. The role also involves collaborating with the editorial team to plan and strategize content ideas that align with TWSN’s values and audience interests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sports Writing and strong knowledge of UFC and combat sports
• Strong Writing and Journalism skills
• Exceptional Communication Skills and team collaboration abilities
• Understanding of reporting, coverage standards, and ethical journalism practices
• Passion for combat sports, with the ability to analyze matches and trends
• Prior experience in sports writing is a plus
• Relevant educational background such as Journalism, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
