In order to succeed, you will be friendly, communicate clearly, as well as be efficient Oh, and you will likely have a genuine interest in our sector whilst being commercially astute.Our client is seeking individuals from a Hotel / Travel & Tourism Graduate / Retail Travel / Someone wanting to move into the Travel Industry As the Travel Coordinator you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities: Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods ensuring all deadlines are adhered toBook hotel and restaurant reservations space in accordance with the itineraries Ensure that best rates and terms are contracted to ensure profit margins are maintainedBuilding and maintaining relationships with hotels and other suppliers Represent the company at trade shows from time to timeHotel site inspectionsDay to day contact with suppliers including hoteliers and other service providersTravel Coordinator Skill attributes:Would consider a Travel & Tourism Graduate Professional fluency in English is required.
