Summary: The Territory Director, Corporate Partnerships serves as the primary corporate partnerships lead responsible for executing the corporate partnerships strategy and achieving revenue goals within the assigned territory. Through close collaboration with cross functional teams, this role is responsible for the strategic leadership of multi-regional and national 6+ figure partnerships, driving new partners to our mission and expanding existing relationships. This role includes direct supervision of the Corporate Partnerships Director and is responsible for meeting individual revenue goals through management of a personal portfolio. We are excited to share the base pay range for this position is $129K to $165K. The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at Blood Cancer United we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the current compensation of similarly situated roles and direct team members. Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
