• Monitor and track patient progress and make necessary recommendations for further care or referrals.
• Ensure all telehealth practices comply with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in Canada.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience in telehealth nursing or telemedicine is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain medical concepts in simple terms.
• Comfortable using technology for virtual consultations and electronic health record documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload efficiently.
• Empathetic and patient-focused approach to care, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Knowledge of Canadian healthcare regulations, including privacy laws (HIPAA, PIPEDA).
• BLS/CPR certification is required.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with a preference for those with telehealth or telephone triage experience.
• Experience in managing a caseload and providing remote patient support.
• Knowledge of telemedicine platforms or telehealth tools is advantageous but can be taught on the job.

Working Hours:

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Shifts may include evenings and weekends, depending on patient needs and scheduling.
• Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones within Canada.
