Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future.<div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;">The Role</h2> </div><div>The Technical Projects Coordinator coordinates efforts between teams, both internal and external, in order to effectively and efficiently deliver projects according to plan. </div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;">The Main Responsibilities</h2> </div><div><ul><li>The Technical Projects Coordinator will assist with tracking and reporting of assigned projects. </li><li>Interfaces with team members and vendors/suppliers to ensure, but not limited to the following: support, scheduling, milestone achievement, development processes and goals, assist in procurement of specialized equipment, equipment tracking, related services and agreements, purchase orders, and specific procedures support for implementation</li><li>Collaboratively adapts existing and develop new project plans, processes and communication standards for the engineering teams</li><li>Manages the formulation and ongoing tracking of each assigned project.</li><li>Inventory Control/Asset Management</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;">What We Look For in a Candidate</h2> </div><div><ul><li>Strong people skills and able to work in a group/team environment</li><li>Good written and verbal skills – required to gather/relay information on a regular basis.</li><li>Able to work at computer for extended periods while working on reports, schedules, and spreadsheets.</li><li>At least three years relevant work experience </li><li>Proficient level of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (EXCEL, OUTLOOK & WORD) </li><li>Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record</li><li>3-5 years of related experience</li></ul> Security Requirements<ul><li>US Citizenship required.</li><li>Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information (applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation)</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;">Compensation</h2> </div><div>This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges: $56,900 - $76,000 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $59,850 - $79,800 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $62,700 - $83,600 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
