Thinking about getting back into work or changing direction?

We support motivated individuals who want to move towards employment in customer service, hospitality, business support, or digital roles, through structured guidance, recognised training, and employer connections.

Important:

This is not an immediate paid role.

This opportunity is a pre-employment pathway that combines fully funded online training with practical employability support to help you progress into job opportunities.

There are no fees. Training is free and forms part of a route into employment.

What you will gain

Fully funded training and qualifications Eligible candidates will work towards nationally recognised qualifications at no cost:

• NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service for Hospitality
• NCFE Level 1 Award in Developing Enterprise Skills
• NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Digital Promotion for Business

• Understanding employer expectations

Progression After completing the pathway, you will continue to receive employability support and be introduced to suitable job opportunities through our employer network.

• Start date: 28th April 2026
• Programme Duration: 2,5 weeks - Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm
• Format: Online, on Zoom
