</div><div>Participants will engage in structured training programs designed to build upon prior military experience in technical, operational, or administrative fields. Training is delivered through mentorship, guided exercises, simulated environments, and internal projects that reflect real-world enterprise practices.<br><br>

<li> Cybersecurity Compliance & Operations </li>
<li> Business Operations, Program Management & Human Resources </li>
</ul><div>Participants will be aligned to a training track based on their background, experience, and career interests.<br><br>
</div><div>This program is designed to prepare participants for roles supporting enterprise IT, cybersecurity operations, and organizational management functions. Participants do not perform work on active government contracts and instead focus on professional development and skill enhancement.<br><br><strong>Key Training Areas<br></strong><br>

<strong>Basic Qualifications<br></strong><br>

<li> Active Duty Service Member eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program </li>
<li> Within 180 days of separation or retirement </li>
<li> Command approval to participate in SkillBridge </li>
<li> Relevant military experience aligned to one of the training tracks (e.g., IT, communications, cybersecurity, intelligence, administration, logistics, or leadership roles) </li>
<li> Strong interest in developing skills in information technology, cybersecurity, or business operations </li>
