Duties
Control access to the premises by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and sensitive zones to deter theft and vandalism.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed.
Manage conflict situations with professionalism using conflict management skills to de-escalate tensions.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for reporting purposes.
Stock in new and used vehicle deliveries.
Maintain all vehicles new and used in the appropriate areas.
Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel as needed.
Document damage, missing keys, and notify management.

Experience
Previous experience in security or law enforcement roles is highly preferred.
Background in military or law enforcement service is a plus, demonstrating discipline and situational awareness.
