Duties
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversations
Present and demonstrate our range of products and services, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each customer
Assist customers in selecting the best solutions for their situation, ensuring a positive experience
Guide customers through the sales process, including explaining pricing options, promotions, and service plans
Maintain thorough knowledge of current product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information
Achieve individual and team sales targets by using company provided customer lists and customer provided referrals
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the interaction
Maintain communication with customers from initial sale to installation
Requirements
Experience in customer service or sales roles with a passion for helping others
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex products clearly and confidently
Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to engaging customers and building rapport
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Extremely flexible schedule: work anytime you want within business hours
Basic technical aptitude (downloading apps, email proficiency, and internet basics) to learn about our products and troubleshoot common issues when necessary
Professional appearance: Business casual attire (badge and vest provided)
