Our laboratories work with the biggest companies in the world to ensure products are safe, ingredients are authentic, and labeling is accurate.</p><p>Eurofins is committed to delivering testing services that contribute to societal and environmental health, and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion across its network of companies.</p><p>The Sales Account Executive is a client-facing outside sales role within an assigned region, primarily South Florida, but including the entire state. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and traveling to meet clients. The role requires comfort with cold calling, initiative, and knowledge of the environmental industry, especially indoor air quality laboratory testing.</p><p><strong><u>Key responsibilities include:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Maximizing market share, profitability, and capacity utilization in environmental analytical services.</li><li>Establishing and maintaining productive client relationships.</li><li>Representing Eurofins and communicating services to new and existing clients.</li><li>Following up on leads, negotiating, and closing deals.</li><li>Acting as a customer advocate internally to ensure client needs are met.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Additional responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Achieving regional revenue targets.</li><li>Developing and implementing account plans.</li><li>Negotiating Master Service Agreements.</li><li>Tracking sales activities and maintaining customer databases.</li><li>Providing market feedback and developing sales materials.</li><li>Reporting on sales development activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications include:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Sciences or related field preferred but not required.</li><li>2-3 years of successful sales experience in a service industry.</li><li>Willingness to travel within the territory, including overnight stays.</li><li>Knowledge of the environmental industry.</li><li>Valid driver’s license.</li></ul><p><strong>The ideal candidate would possess:</strong></p><ul><li>Prospecting, negotiating, and closing skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Lab experience and familiarity with environmental industry terminology preferred.</li><li>Analytical and self-directed work style.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.</li><li>Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).</li></ul><p>This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday. Salary starts at $70,000/year plus commission, with benefits, PTO, and a 401K plan.
