As a lead workday systems consultant on the HR Systems team, you’ll support the transition from legacy systems to Workday HR Core, coordinating system requirements and advocating for user needs while driving continuous process improvements.
Responsibilities
Support our multi-year, enterprise-wide transition from legacy systems like PeopleSoft to Workday HR Core
Coordinate system requirements, design, and configuration
Act as a key liaison between business leaders and IT
Advocate for user needs
Drive continuous process improvements
Skills
A minimum of ten years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements)
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements)
Must possess extensive experience in the end-to-end administration and configuration of 401(k) retirement plans within a large-scale corporate environment
Technical proficiency in Workday, specifically regarding its application in benefits management and systems integration, to ensure the effective delivery, compliance, and optimization of retirement programs
General knowledge of corporate payroll activities and planning
Proven track record of contributing to large-scale system implementations and a solid foundational knowledge of corporate payroll practices
