As a Senior or Lead Customer Strategist within the Commercial Lines Acquisition & Small Business Insurance team, you will lead the support and enhancement of multi-product quoting capabilities and drive agent engagement within quoting processes.
Responsibilities
Lead the support and enhancement of multi-product quoting capabilities
Drive agent engagement within quoting processes
Create a streamlined experience for agents
Deliver a seamless end-to-end multi-product journey
Shape strategies to prioritize multi-product capabilities
Identify experience gaps and translate insights into actionable enhancements
Implement the roadmap to expand multi-product quoting into new opportunities and emerging technologies
Skills
A minimum of eight years of related professional work experience (e.g., definition and delivery of products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences)
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of related professional work experience (e.g., definition and delivery of products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences)
Experience partnering with information technology (IT) teams, including experience with Agile development methodologies (like Scrum)
Experience working in a fast-paced complex space balancing multiple projects/process
