Our physicians are committed to compassionate, efficient, and high-quality patient care. We are expanding our remote team and are looking for skilled, dependable professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Position Summary The Medical Scribe works virtually alongside the physician to document patient encounters in real time, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely medical records. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, understands medical terminology, and can quickly translate conversations into organized documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Document history, physical exam findings, assessments, and plans in the EMR in real time
Accurately capture Spanish-speaking patient interactions and translate into English documentation
Enter orders, diagnoses, and visit information as directed by the provider
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times
Assist with chart completion to help physicians stay on schedule
Communicate clearly with providers and team members
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – required
Previous experience as a medical scribe or in medical documentation – strongly preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology – required
Experience with U.S. healthcare / EMR systems – preferred
Excellent listening skills, typing speed, and attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time clinic hours
