Progressive Technology is seeking detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and proactive individuals to join our growing team as Remote Content Moderators. In this role, you will ensure that user-generated content across popular social media platforms aligns with community guidelines and safety standards. If you are passionate about maintaining a respectful online environment and have a strong sense of judgment, this is the ideal role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Review user-generated content including posts, comments, images, and videos across various social media platforms.
Identify and remove content that violates platform guidelines or is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.
Escalate complex or sensitive content to the appropriate teams in accordance with escalation protocols.
Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency while moderating.
Use predefined tools and moderation dashboards to perform daily tasks.
Stay updated on evolving community standards and moderation guidelines.
Provide feedback and contribute to process improvements for better user safety and platform compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter).
Ability to make quick, sound decisions based on guidelines.
Basic computer literacy and comfort using moderation tools or dashboards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience
Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or digital platforms is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours
