As an associate manager of data analysis in the Claims Control organization, you’ll lead a team of data analysts to support staffing and efficiency agendas while providing actionable operational solutions to leadership within the Claims organization.
Responsibilities
Support the staffing and efficiency agenda for the Field and Commercial Lines organizations
Lead a team of five data analysts who coordinate the Field and Commercial Lines staffing models
Update staffing forecasts and key staffing metrics
Develop fresh insights from data
Support the business as it evolves
Partner with all levels of leadership within the Claims organization
Provide staffing guidance
Listen to their business needs
Convert them into actionable operational solutions
Skills
A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience
OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years analytical work experience
Strong communication and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize data, identify trends, and recommend solutions
Proven time management and organizational skills, strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, passion for talent development, and proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, R, SAS, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
Experience with coaching, mentoring, and developing analytical talent
