The qualified candidate will work on a variety of products such as Reporting, Case Management, Evidence and Warrants. This position operates in a consultative capacity to ensure product features, workflows, and technical configurations are defined and tested for each agency and helps train agencies on best practices within the RMS product suite. This position requires roughly 50% travel. </div> <div> </div> <div><b>Core Responsibilities</b></div> <div>•<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Establish processes to deliver RMS best practices </div> <div>•<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Oversee the RMS implementation </div> <div>•<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Oversee end-to-end testing of RMS workstreams, integrations, and hardware components </div> <div>•<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Clearly define company and customer roles and responsibilities for the delivery and maintenance of RMS products </div> <div>•<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Work with various stakeholders to help guide product adoption</div> <div>•<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Work with the training and marketing teams to ensure new features are successfully deployed and understood </div> <div>•<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Gather product feedback and work with internal teams to help establish development priorities </div> <div>•<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Work with internal teams to convey key metrics and project risks to assist in staffing, budgeting, and future team planning </div> <div>•<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Work with the Training team to update training materials to deliver an outstanding training experience </div> <div> </div> <div><b>Experience, Education, and Certifications</b></div> <div>•<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Associates degree or higher in relevant coursework required</div> <div>•<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>5+ years of experience as a product consultant or public safety employee preferred; 2+ years required</div> <div>•<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal</div> <div>•<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Experience developing, communicating, and training on best practices and workflows</div> <div>•<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies</div> <div>•<span style="white-space:pre"> Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Google applications</span></div> <div>•Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new systems and products</div> <div>•<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>ISO 9001:2015 internal training to be completed within ninety (90) days of hire.</div> <div> </div> <div><b>Physical Requirements:</b></div> <div> </div> <div>Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 20% of the time. The work environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are reasonable.
