Production Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing facility. We work Monday thru Friday 1st shift. You will need to wear a respirator. Weekly attendance bonus. The ideal candidate will have experience with forklifts and heavy equipment but not required will train.

Duties

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and products to identify any defects or issues.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in the training of new employees on production processes and equipment operation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts, will train if needed.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
