As part of this role, Solution Architects are also responsible for creation of all formal client proposals, including rough orders of magnitude (ROM) and statements of work (SOW). </span><span>An eGroup Solution Architect must possess deep, practical technical solution knowledge coupled with </span><span>the ability to engage in meaningful presales discovery conversations to assist in bringing deals to successful closure.</span></span><span> </span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span><span>As part of eGroup’s larger </span><span>Client</span><span> Experience (CX) team, eGroup Solution Architects are an instrumental component in continued evolution and execution of our CX strategy for both external and internal clients.</span></span><span> </span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold"><span><span>Job Duties and Responsibilities</span></span></span><span><br></span><span> <br></span><span><span>T</span><span>he ideal candidate will have broad technical knowledge of Microsoft cloud</span><span>, </span><span>Datacenter</span><span>, and Artificial Intelligence</span><span> </span><span>(AI) </span><span>products and services.
