We are seeking a discerning remote assistant to become a trusted partner in the studio’s growth. This fully remote, part-time role blends creative, operational, and strategic responsibilities. You will manage social media, craft high-level brand content, and support inbound lead management, allowing the founder to focus on the work at the heart of BLOU INK.
What You’ll Do:
Create and curate visually compelling social media content that aligns with BLOU INK’s refined aesthetic.
Draft captions, plan content calendars, and propose campaigns that elevate the brand presence.
Review and qualify inbound inquiries to identify ideal prospective clients.
Maintain lead tracking systems and ensure qualified leads are ready for follow-up.
Research trends and opportunities to support discreet business growth.
Handle operational tasks to free the founder for creative and client-facing work.
Who You Are:
Experienced in social media management and content creation for premium or boutique brands.
Skilled in Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to take initiative independently.
Exceptional written communication with strong brand sensibility.
Has a genuine interest in design, architecture, interior spaces, and sustainable practices.
Bonus: familiarity with interior design, lifestyle, or wellness sectors.
