Job Summary We are seeking a sharp, reliable Outreach & Research Associate to support our growth by identifying candidates to join our database and initiating thoughtful, personalized outreach on LinkedIn.
This role is ideal for a college student, recent graduate, or early-career professional who is articulate, detail-oriented, and comfortable initiating conversations in a polished, human way.
The Role
You will help identify high-quality singles using our internal tools and LinkedIn, and conduct respectful, personalized outreach to invite them to either meet with our founder or join our private database.
This is not spammy or high-volume outreach. It is selective, thoughtful, and brand-sensitive.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential singles using our proprietary tools and LinkedIn
Review LinkedIn profiles to assess fit, professionalism, and alignment with our community
Send personalized LinkedIn messages that reflect our voice and values
Engage in light back-and-forth messaging to facilitate next steps
Schedule introductory conversations or direct individuals to join our database
Track outreach activity and responses clearly and accurately
Maintain strict professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times
Who You Are
U.S.-based college student, recent graduate, or early-career professional
Fluent, polished English speaker and writer
Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations with professionals
Strong understanding of LinkedIn etiquette, norms, and best practices
Presentable and professional LinkedIn profile
Detail-oriented with good judgment and situational awareness
Reliable, responsive, and able to follow process and feedback
Discreet and comfortable working with private client information
