The Inspack (Operator Assistant) is responsible for inspecting each bag produced to identify defects such as improper seals, perforations, or deformities. Performs counting, sorting and packing bags according to customer specifications, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Reports production or machine issues and maintains a clean and organized work area

DESCRIPTION

  • Visually inspect each bag for defects such as improper seals, perforations, or deformities.
  • Sort and separate defective products from the approved batch.
  • Accurately count and pack bags according to customer or production specifications
  • Label Packages and ensure they are ready for storage or shipment.
  • Report any material, or machine issue to the supervisor
  • Assist in general production line tasks when necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and hygiene standards

COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to identify imperfections or faults in the bag production process
  • Skill in packing bags correctly according to customer or production specifications.
  • Ability to maintain a steady and efficient pace without compromising quality.
  • Knowledge and application of safety measures in the work area.
  • Ability to adjust to changes in processes or production demands
  • Skill in reporting quality issues and machines malfunctions clearly and promptly and
  • Ability to maintain concentration during long shifts or repetitive Tasks.

EXPERIENCE

  • 1 + experience in quality inspection or packing in production line
  • High school diploma or equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending.
  • Tolerance for working in varying environmental conditions (e.g., hot, cold, noisy

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Rotating or fixed shifts, 8- or 12-hours workdays (overtime may be required)
  • Standing, repetitive movements
