As an IT manager of the Direct Acquisition Software Delivery organization, you'll manage one or two of our Agile teams responsible for the delivery of new projects, features, and enhancements for our Unified Quoting application. These Agile delivery teams include business systems analysts, quality assurance analysts, and application developers. In this role, you'll coordinate the delivery of software, ensuring the optimal use of Agile routines and best practices. You'll also monitor and analyze metrics to foster improvements in delivery and quality and contribute to enhancing our visual management and Lean leadership practices, promoting continuous improvement in how we plan, manage, and organize our work. Additionally, you'll coach, mentor and support the career development of your direct reports and be a key leader on our software planning team This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office and/or meeting.
