<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><p>The ATP Licensing & Retail team –  part of the Business function of ATP Tour – is seeking a Licensing &  Retail Intern to support the execution of ATP’s global licensing & retail  strategy. </p><p>The Licensing & Retail Intern  will assist the Licensing & Retail Specialist and Vice President in  managing ATP Tour’s licensing and retail initiatives. This role will  contribute to day-to-day operations, involving product development, support  fostering relationships with internal teams, licensees and retail operators,  and ensure brand consistency across different products and services to help  strengthen ATP’s brand presence in the marketplace.<br></p><strong>Responsibilities & Duties <br></strong>1. Licensee & Partner Support<br><ul><li>Assist with day-to-day management of licensees and retail operators.</li><li>Help track partner requests, product submissions, timelines, and status updates.</li><li>Support onboarding activities for new licensees. </li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to integrate licensed products into ATP’s broader ecosystem.</li><li>Contribute to planning product launches, promotional activations, and event merchandising.</li></ul> <br>2. Product  Development<br><ul><li>Assist in reviewing product concepts, designs, prototypes, packaging, and final products to ensure alignment with ATP brand guidelines.</li><li>Work closely with licensees to maintain consistency with licensing style guides and quality standards.</li><li>Conduct market research on trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for new products aligned with  ATP Tour’s brand.</li></ul> <br>3. Administration & Reporting<br><ul><li>Track and organize licensing agreements, renewals, and contractual obligations.</li><li>Support collecting sales reports from licensees and retail operators and create internal reports.</li><li>Collaborate with the finance and legal departments to manage licensing agreements. </li><li>Help manage VIK (Value-In-Kind) allocations from relevant partners.<br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications & Skills<br></strong><ul><li>Strong interest in licensing, consumer products, retail, or brand management </li><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related  field.</li><li>Fluent English, other languages preferred. </li><li>Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.</li><li>Highly organized with strong  attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Good communication, presentation, and  interpersonal skills. </li><li>Strong analytical mindset and numerical skills. </li><li>Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.</li><li>Interest in tennis or the sports industry is a plus.</li></ul>
