<p><strong>Head of Brand | North UK (Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield area - requires 3 days in office!)</strong></p><p><strong>£90,000 - £100,000 + Bonus</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>The Role:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>We’re looking for a Head of Brand to lead the brand forward as they are continuing through one of the biggest growth periods! This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to build a modern, high-growth D2C brand through organic social, creative storytelling, standout experiences, PR, and community-led moments.</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll take full ownership of building the story of the brand as they enter new areas.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Define and evolve the brand strategy, positioning, voice, and visual identity</li><li>Lead organic social strategy across key platforms, driving cultural relevance and growth</li><li>Set the creative vision across content, campaigns, and brand storytelling</li><li>Own PR and earned media strategy, building meaningful press and cultural moments</li><li>Establish clear brand KPIs and track performance across awareness, engagement, and sentiment</li><li>Take full ownership of the budget (ATL, PR, Social, Digital etc)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Requirements: </u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience leading brand in a high-growth D2C, retail, or consumer business</li><li>Excellent experience across all areas of brand marketing (ATL, PR, Digital, Social, Content, Events, and Influencer management)</li><li>Experience owning PR strategy and building earned media relationships</li><li>Strong communication to drive results and communicate with stakeholders across the business</li><li>Natural storyteller who creates compelling and creative marketing to drive brand forward</li></ul><p></p>
