Growth and Strategy Specialist

<p><strong> Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Operations & Process Improvement</strong> - Audit and optimize workflows across client onboarding, service delivery, and internal operations; develop and document SOPs to support scalability; implement automation using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Make); and improve hiring, onboarding, and team management processes.</p></li><li><p><strong>Growth & Revenue - </strong>Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and outreach; manage and update the company website (content, SEO, performance); handle inbound leads and conduct sales calls through closing; identify upsell opportunities to expand client services; and explore new services, partnerships, and market opportunities.</p></li><li><p><strong>Strategy & Business Support</strong> - Support business planning, expansion, and profitability initiatives; Provide data-driven insights on pricing, operations, and resource allocation; Act as a strategic partner to the Owner on key decisions<br><br><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience supporting or scaling a small business</p></li><li><p>Strong background in <strong>operations + marketing</strong></p></li><li><p>Comfortable using AI tools to solve real business problems</p></li><li><p>Confident communicator (written + verbal)</p></li><li><p>Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities<br><br><strong>Preferred:</strong></p></li><li><p>Background in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial services</p></li><li><p>Experience with tools like QuickBooks, <a target="_blank" href="http://Monday.com">Monday.com</a>, Google Workspace, or DocuSign</p></li><li><p>Experience in SOP development, process design, or operational consulting<br><br><em>Please note: This job post does not guarantee immediate client onboarding.
