requirements.</li><li>Order codes and Customer names when necessary must be written clearly and legibly</li><li>The product must be free of any stained (blood stains or blood spots) or damaged tissue.</li><li>Staff may be asked to report to work on no-kill days as the need arises </li><li>Removal of garbage and packaging material at the end of your daily assignment </li><li>Washing down of Machine </li><li>Package whole cages as per daily requirements and customer specifications</li><li>Recover excess meat which may be found in the cage area </li><li>Clip de-boned meat to customer specifications </li><li>Operate Thigh-De-boning Machine in accordance with machinery specifications</li><li>Clip thighs to produce, boneless, skinless or with skin to customer specifications</li><li>Remove all bones, cartilage (gristle) or any other bloody areas prior to the packaging process </li><li>Hand bone split breast to customer specifications</li><li>Package all the processing of chickens and other poultry </li><li>Backing up the Killer Machine</li><li>Monitor the Scalder and Plucker Machines</li><li>Loading Feet into the Foot Plucker</li><li>Offloading feet to be packaged off for sale</li><li>Manually removing feathers from birds when not plucked properly </li><li>All Operating Procedures must be followed as per the company’s ISO policy</li><li>Any other general work duties as it relates to Chickmont Foods business<br><br></li></ul>EVISCERATION<br><br><ul><li>All duties related to the processing of chickens and other poultry </li><li>Manually removing feet which have been missed by the hock cutter machine</li><li>Manually removing heads which have been missed by the head removal machine</li><li>Manually venting birds too small for machine or mis-cut birds </li><li>Rehanging at the trough at the stipulated line speeds</li><li>Harvesting the edible offal (livers, gizzards and hearts) in a manner which is conducive to good food safety practices</li><li>Inspecting birds to ensure all the internal entrails have been removed and if not remove them</li><li>Backing up the cropping machine to remove the swallow pipe and feed crops whenever present a manner that keeps the neck skin on the birds </li><li>Using the manual Gizzard Machine (in the safe manner) to provide properly peeled gizzards</li><li>Keeping the Machines, Pans
