Role Description
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in React Native and Node.js to join our growing engineering team. This is a hybrid role based in Singapore.
You will design and implement robust front-end and back-end systems, build scalable mobile and web applications, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact software. You’ll also help shape the architecture as we scale Athena across multiple regions and clients.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and enhance existing features across mobile, web, and backend
Build new capabilities including Gantt charts, offline sync, analytics, and equipment monitoring
Improve and maintain code quality: testing, refactoring, documentation, and performance optimisation
Work closely with product and operations teams to deliver solutions that solve real field challenges
Participate in architectural decisions as the platform scales to thousands of users
Support app deployments and ensure smooth release cycles
