We’re opening a founding role at 1Health.

1Health is not an app.

It’s a system designed to become a bridge between people and healthcare — using artificial intelligence where it truly matters.

We are building a voice-first ecosystem that allows people to access care simply by speaking.

No interfaces to learn.

No complexity to navigate.

Just a system that listens, understands, and connects.

Through voice and AI, 1Health enables:

• access to doctors and telemedicine
• appointment coordination and care navigation
• home and family care support
• emergency assistance and triage
• multilingual, inclusive interaction for low-literacy users

All within a single, secure and human-centered system.

We are starting with a pilot in Pakistan, where healthcare access is still limited by distance, complexity, and digital barriers.

But the vision goes far beyond.

We are building a model designed to expand across South Asia, Latin America, Europe — and eventually globally.

This is not about building fast.

It’s about building right.

The system is designed to be:

• safe by design (data privacy and ethical AI)
• reliable in real-world conditions
• sustainable in its use of resources, including energy and water
• respectful of the people it serves

We believe AI should not increase complexity or environmental cost, but reduce both.

We are a research-driven team, working for years on making this possible.

The technical foundation is already in place.

Now, we are looking for a different kind of profile.
