Job Summary
Flipkart, one of Indias leading e-commerce companies, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team in a Work From Home role. Whether you are looking for a full-time career or part-time flexibility, this role allows you to provide exceptional assistance to our customers from the comfort of your home. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining Flipkarts high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, product information, and general queries.
Resolve complaints by providing accurate information and following Flipkarts service guidelines.
Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
Maintain a positive and helpful tone while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Adhere to performance metrics, including response time, quality, and service efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
