**Job Description**
As a customer service live chat assistant, your task involves logging into arenaflex's chat application and responding to frequently asked questions from customers. Comprehensive training, which takes less than a day, will be provided to ensure you're equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide exceptional live chat support to customers during overnight hours

Communicate effectively with customers via live chat, ensuring their issues are addressed and resolved
