**Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing high-volume data entry tasks with accuracy and speed, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting productivity standards

  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis, create reports, and maintain spreadsheets, with proficiency in VLOOKUP, Data Sets, and other advanced features
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and accurate information exchange
  • Identifying and resolving data discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve data management processes and efficiency
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, office administration, or a related field, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices
