Events Coordinator

We are working with a highly regarded global private equity firm to hire an experienced Events Coordinator to join their collaborative and fast-paced London team. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for a confident, organised events professional looking to play a key role within a well-established and supportive environment.

THE ROLE:
 

  • Coordinate a wide range of events throughout the year, including investor events, conferences, internal seasonal celebrations, partner events, investor dinners and off-sites
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including scheduling, venue sourcing, room bookings and supplier coordination
  • Prepare materials and ensure all event documentation is accurate and on brand
  • Provide on-the-day support to ensure seamless delivery
  • Work closely with the Head of Events within a small, collaborative team
  • Support both highly structured and more ad-hoc, fast-turnaround events

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years’ experience coordinating corporate events, ideally within financial or professional services environments. You will be reliable, calm under pressure and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. A grounded, team-focused approach is essential, as you will be building a close working partnership with senior stakeholders. This role would suit someone proactive, adaptable and happy to roll up their sleeves when needed.
