What You’ll Do:
As a Delivery Helper, you’ll be helping deliver 100–150 packages daily. You will be a delivery hero in the neighbourhoods you serve. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.
Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
Assist the driver with the delivery of packages weighing 200 to 250lbs. (team lift)
Help the driver navigate if needed
Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and the customer is satisfied.
Load and offload packages weighing of 200 - 250lbs from the truck with the assistance of a Driver
Requirements:
Must be at least 18years old
Must have a valid State ID/DL
Authorized to work in the United States
Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening
Must have good English speaking, reading, writing/ communication skills
