<strong>Overview:</strong> Join our dynamic team at Caliber Sales Engineering as an Entry/Junior Level CAD Engineer. As an Entry/Junior Level CAD Engineer, you will be an integral part of our design and engineering team, contributing to the development of innovative and high-quality products. You will utilize your knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed technical drawings and models, supporting the engineering process from concept to production. This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment.<br><br>
</div><div>· <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>
</div><div>· Create and revise 2D and 3D CAD models for assembly and fabrication drawings for primarily aerospace type applications using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.</div><div>o Assemblies</div><div>o Sheet metal</div><div>o Machined parts</div><div>o Schematics</div><div>o Cable Assemblies</div><div>o Parts Lists</div><div>· Work with engineering and technical leads on product development.</div><div>· Project organization</div><div>· Prepare and update BOMs</div><div>· Prepare Work Instructions</div><div>· Process Engineering Change orders</div><div>· Other duties as assigned<br><br>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong></li></ul><div>o 2-year Associates Degree in CAD Design and Technology or related degree. Pre-Grad’s will be considered. <br><br>
</div><ul><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></li></ul><div>o Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD.</div><div>o Familiarity with 3D Modeling applications such as SolidWorks or similar applications.<br><br>
</div><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong></li></ul><div>o Basic knowledge of ASME Y14.100 drawing standards and dimensioning and tolerancing for aerospace applications.</div><div>o Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for CAD design.</div><div>This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to start or advance their career in CAD engineering.
