Open-minded. </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: </div><div><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high performing data warehouse solutions </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes using tools such as Azure Data Factory or SSIS </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for data transformation and loading </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work with Azure services including Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Factory </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Develop interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitor and improve data warehouse performance, ensuring uptime, data integrity, and scalability </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Document data models, processes, and procedures </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Performs other related duties as assigned </li></ul></div><div> </div><div> </div><div>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS: </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>3+ years of experience in data warehouse development and database programming </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proficiency in T-SQL and relational database design (SQL Server) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Hands-on experience with Azure data platform services (e.g., Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques (star/snowflake schemas) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience in developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models (DAX, Power Query) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Criminal background check required for hire </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>PREFERRED QUALIFICTIONS: </div></div><div><div><ul><li>Experience with Davisware/Sage 300 </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with QlikView/SSRS reporting tools </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: </div><div><ul><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to travel to various divisions and worksites as needed </li></ul></div></div>
