Job Description:

  • Document business requirements and configuration designs
  • Execute queries to support metrics, reporting, and analysis
  • Provide production and triage support to help resolve system issues
  • Assist with ongoing configuration and system support initiatives

Requirements:

  • Senior‑level undergraduate student
  • Pursuing a degree in: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, ISDS or a related technical field
  • GPA Preferred: 3.0+
  • Minimum: 2.5 cumulative GPA
  • Coursework or experience in: Database relationships, Data analytics
  • SQL knowledge preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to document and communicate technical information clearly
