We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global organisation within the specialist logistics sector for a Customer Service Executive . This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional to join a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where service quality and customer satisfaction are paramount.

The Role

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers. You will act as the first point of contact, managing a high volume of queries and ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional resolution.

This position is critical in supporting customer retention and loyalty by consistently delivering a high standard of service, particularly within temperature-controlled transport solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally handle a high volume of customer requests and incidents
  • Respond to all customer enquiries within agreed SLAs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Process collection and booking requests via email, phone, and customer portals
  • Track and trace consignments, ensuring timely delivery and proactive updates
  • Advise customers on booking deadlines and required documentation
  • Prepare and issue quotations using internal pricing tools and tariffs
  • Input and manage charges within internal systems for invoicing purposes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery


About You
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role (ideally within logistics, healthcare, Freight)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working with internal systems, CRM tools, and pricing platforms
