We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global organisation within the specialist logistics sector for a Customer Service Executive . The Role
As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers. You will act as the first point of contact, managing a high volume of queries and ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional resolution.
This position is critical in supporting customer retention and loyalty by consistently delivering a high standard of service, particularly within temperature-controlled transport solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Professionally handle a high volume of customer requests and incidents
Respond to all customer enquiries within agreed SLAs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience
Process collection and booking requests via email, phone, and customer portals
Track and trace consignments, ensuring timely delivery and proactive updates
Advise customers on booking deadlines and required documentation
Prepare and issue quotations using internal pricing tools and tariffs
Input and manage charges within internal systems for invoicing purposes
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery
About You
Proven experience in a customer service or support role (ideally within logistics, healthcare, Freight)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable working with internal systems, CRM tools, and pricing platforms
