Client Service Representative I

<p><strong>Client Service Representative I - Temporary role until end of year | Fully Remote</strong><br><br>Answers and resolves telephone inquiries/requests initiated by customers or prospective customers in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner.  </p><p><strong>Training schedule: 3-4 weeks, Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM Central</strong></p><p><strong>Shift Schedule: Will be assigned after training, start time will be between 7:00AM - 9:00AM Central start time, with a rotating Saturday schedule.</strong></p><p><strong>Work from home requirements: Home internet hard wired to modem with minimum 100mbps download and 20mbps upload speed. </strong></p><p><strong>Start date: June 5th</strong></p><p><strong>Pay: $17.20/hr</strong></p><p>Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
