This is a high-impact AVP I role within FP&A Consolidation, critical to the accuracy, integrity, and execution of enterprise-wide financial processes. The role offers meaningful exposure to senior leadership and complex financial operations and is well-suited for a candidate who demonstrates strong execution, ownership, and attention to detail, with the ability to grow into broader responsibility over time.
Responsibilities
Manage enterprise-wide financial consolidation processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of consolidated financial reporting packages for senior leadership and key stakeholders
Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities across FP&A, Accounting, HR, and other partner teams
Analyze financial results, headcount trends, and workforce analytics to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making
Liaison between Finance, HR, Accounting, and business partners to ensure alignment, data integrity, and timely issue resolution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial consolidation, and reporting
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Microsoft Word
Experience with financial reporting, consolidation, and planning systems (enterprise FP&A tools)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
High degree of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive payroll and compensation data
Nice-to-haves
Experience in a complex, multi-entity or global organization
Exposure to enterprise planning or consolidation tools (e.g., Anaplan or similar platforms)
