A globally recognised interior design studio is seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin Officer to support its growing team. This is a remote-friendly role offering exposure to high-profile, international design projects and the opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced, creative business.

The Role
As Admin Officer, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support across the studio. You will help ensure projects, documentation, and communications are managed efficiently, allowing designers and senior stakeholders to focus on delivery.
What You Will Do
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the design team
Coordinate and maintain project documentation, contracts, and records
Manage diaries, meetings, calls, and project scheduling
Support internal and external communications with clients, suppliers, and consultants
Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports covering project progress and budgets
Prepare presentations, reports, and client-facing materials
Support ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What You Bring
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office 365 and similar systems
Able to manage multiple priorities independently
