**PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE**<br><br>Accountants – Property Management<br><br>Location: London – Hybrid – 2-3 days per week onsite<br><br>Start Date: ASAP<br><br>Contract Length: 30th June 2026<br><br>Day Rate – Competitive (Inside IR35)<br><br>We are seeking Fully Qualified Statutory Accountants with strong experience in the property management sector to support a short-term assignment focused on balance sheet review and reconciliation.<br><br><strong> Key Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and reviews</li><li> Investigate and resolve discrepancies across property-related accounts</li><li> Liaise with internal stakeholders to validate financial data<br><br></li></ul><strong>Essential<br><br></strong><ul><li> Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)</li><li> Managing External Audit and Internal Audit processes and stakeholders</li><li> Proven experience within property management or real estate finance</li><li> Strong balance sheet reconciliation and review experience</li><li> Hands-on knowledge of Horizon and/or Aggresso (nice-to-have)</li><li> Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines</li><li> Ability to work in a complex environment</li><li> Works well under pressure</li><li> Forensic approach for backlogs</li><li> Attention to detail</li><li> General ledger Accounting (nice-to-have)</li><li> VAT experience (nice-to-have)<br><br></li></ul></strong>
